- How do I track my friend?
There are 2 ways to track your friends.

1st way

Step1: Click Letstrack app on your phone

Step2: Click on the Letstrack icon on the bottom left hand of the app

Step 3: Click on 'add friend' and select the contact you want to track.

Step4: Click on type of tracking request you want to send your friend

Step5: Now request your friend to accept the tracking request in a message. Once accepted, you can now the person.

2nd way

Step1: Click Letstrack app on your phone

Step2: On the chat screen select the name of the person/friend you want to track

Step 3: Click on the option icon on the bottom left hand side of the screen

Step4: Click on type of tracking request you want to send your friend

Step5: Now request your friend to accept the tracking request in a message.

Once accepted,you can now track the person.
- What is full time tracking?
Full time tracking request refers to the permission, which is asked for tracking a contact/user 24x7.
- What is time specific tracking?
Time specific tracking request refers to the permission, which is asked for tracking a contact/user for defined time period. You can choose between the days of the week and the time duration in hours you want to track that user for.
- How to use time specific tracking?
Step1: Click theLetstrack app in your phone

Step 2: Click on the contact you want to track

Step 3: Click on the 'options' icon on the bottom-left screen.

Step4: Click on the tracking request.

Step 5: At the bottom-left corner of the screen click 'time specific tracking'

Step6: Select the days by clicking them. The selected days will glow.

Step 7: You can also choose all days and switch iton/off

Step 8: Click on 'select from time' and scroll the desired start time and press ok.

Step 9: Click on 'select to time' and scroll the desired end time and press ok

Step 10: Click the 'plus(+)' icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 11: Click 'done' at the bottom of the screen

Step 12: Now request your contact to accept the tracking request in chat message.

Once accepted, you can track the person.
- What is Zone Tracking?
Zone tracking refers to a request/permission, which is asked for tracking a contact/user in only a pre-defined area/circle of the map. In zone tracking you will get the notifications of entry and exit of that user in that zone, this also means that you can track that person in that predefined area only.
- How to create zone?
Step 1: Click on the Letstrack app on your phone

Step 2: Click the contact you want to create zone for

Step 3: Click on the options icon on the bottom-left screen

Step4: Click 'tracking request'

Step 5: Click 'create a zone' on the Map page

Step 6: Click 'create a zone' on the bottom of the zone page.

Step7: Resize the map to select the right area to be created as zone

Step8: Click 'done' on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 9: Enter a zone name as desired.

Step10: Click send option at the right corner of screen, and then you will be able to track any contact provided that he/she gives you the permission.
- Can I send my location to anyone?
Yes, you can send your location to anyone you want, provided that the user is using the Letstrack app and is saved in your contact list.
- At what interval my location will update?
Your location update frequency is normally set at 10 Minutes, which you can increase or decrease depending on your requirement.
- How to change my location update frequency?
Step 1: Click on the Letstrack icon on your phone

Step 2: Click on the 'settings' on the bottom-right corner of the app home screen

Step3: Scroll down to' Map Setting' section

Step4: In 'Update frequency' bar, choose from the given options of update frequency (10 Min/5 min/1 Min). By default it is on 10 minutes.
- What is the Letstrack icon on the left bottom corner of chat/home screen?
When you click the Letstrack icon on the chat screen than you are taken to the'I'm Tracking' screen.

The first map on the screen is your own map (your own location and tracking map). Rest of the maps show all the people/devices you are tracking on individual private maps.
- What is the information given on the individual private maps in the "I'm tracking" screen?
The information includes:

Name of the person/device

Time & date of last update

GPS on/off in case of people

In case of device status, Online/Offline and battery status
- What is the use of Add friend/device function in the "I'm tracking" screen?
The add friend/ device option enables you to add more persons to your tracking list and you can start tracking them. Similarly the add device implies that you can also add Letstrack featured products and that it can be used to track your kids, cars, pets, or anything else of value by simply attaching a device to it.
- How do I see the Tracking history of people/devices I am tracking?
Step1: Click Letstrack app on your phone and go to the home/chat screen.

Step 2: Click on, the 'Letstrack' icon of the bottom-left corner of the home screen

Step 3: Click the person/devices 'individual private map'

Now you can see the location of the person/device with last updated date & time. This would not be History but current location.
- How do I refresh the individual private map manually?
On the individual private map click the refresh icon on the top-right corner and the map will be updated.
- What is the 'i' icon with the pin on individual private map beside the name?
When you click the icon, you will see the profile picture of the person or device logo with information including address of the location with last updated date & time.
- What is the box icon on the mid right side of the individual private map?
The box icon lets you see the map in three different views:

- Map View
- Grid View
- Satellite View
- What is the Bar icon at the bottom of the individual private map?
This icon is the shortcut to see the 24 Hours(max) of location history in list view.
- How do I see the past location history? What is the clock icon at the bottom of individual private map? What is map view? What is list view?
This feature lets you see the 24 Hours (max) of location history of the person/device on an interactive map.

Step 1: Click on the 'clock' icon given on bottom of the individual private map

Step 2: Scroll the bar in the popup bar to customize the time you want to see the location history (by default: 5hour, 0-24 hours)

Step 3: Select the preferred view: map view/ list view

In map view:
You will see the journey of the person/device for the selected time slot on an interactive map, which can be played in continuation.

In List view:
In list view you can see the location of the person/device vis-a-vis date and time format. You can locate the person's location in accordance to the updated GPS data for that person's mobile/device with time intervals.

Just click the time in the given list to check the location at that specific time.
- How to play the journey in individual private map? What is play icon in individual private map?
In the individual private map

Step 1: Click on the 'clock' icon on bottom of the individual private map

Step 2: Scroll the bar in the popup bar to customize the time you want to see the location history

Step 3: Select the View: map view or list view

Step 4: Click the 'play' icon on the right ride of the map

Now the map will be played in continuation from start point to end point for the time selected
- What is the use of the direction clock icon on the left corner of the individual private map?
The red hand of the direction clock always points towards the north thus giving you accurate direction information.
- How do iknow who is tracking me/What are the authorization options?
Letstrack comes with an authorization feature which gives you full control over the list of people you are tracking and people tracking you, thus, you are always in control.
- How to use Authorization option?
Step1: Click Letstrack app on your phone and go to the home/chat screen.

Step 2: Click on the 'Letstrack' icon of the bottom left corner of the home screen

Step 3: On the "I'm tracking" Screen, click authorize icon at the bottom.

Now you are at the Authorize screen
"I'm Tracking" section shows the list of people whom you are tracking with the tracking type information.
"Tracking Me"Section shows the list of people who are tracking you with the tracking type information
- How do I remove someone by whom i don't want to tracked/get tracked?
Step1: Click Letstrack app in your phone and Go to the home/chat screen.

Step 2: Click on the 'Letstrack' icon of the bottom left corner of the home screen

Step 3: On the "I'm tracking" Screen, click the authorize icon at the bottom.

Step 4: On the authorization screen, click the person/device you don't want to track/get tracked by

Step 5: Click 'decline' at the bottom of the screen

In case of you are tracking:
In the "I'm tracking" screen the individual private mapof the person/device will be removed

In case of tracking me:
Your individual private map will be removed from the person's screen tracking
- Can anyone that has this app and my number track me?
No, this app doesn't hinder anyone's privacy. We follow very strict privacy norms. Every tracking is done on request and acceptance of that request only.
- What is Track me?
Track Me: It's a one touch simple way to let your loves ones know where you are, It can switched on and off by pressing the same button.
- What is the difference between Tracking Request & Track Me?
Letstrack tracking features are the most unique ever seen in any tracking & messaging app, setting a benchmark in the world of chatting and tracking.

Tracking Request: It is not about tracking /controlling —it's about knowing that your loved ones are safe.

Tracking can be done in three different moods. Full Time tracking: Track your loved ones/vehicles always.

Time Specific Tracking: Day & time bound tracking.

Zone Tracking: Tracking the person/vehicles when they are within customized specific zones.

Track Me: It's the simplest way to let your loves ones know where you are. It can switched on and off by pressing the same button.
- What if my kid deletes my tracking request/ what is parental Lock?
In case of Younger children, a parental lock feature is provided which generates a four digit PIN ensuring that the child cannot deny a tracking request made by parents. (Ref. Setting)
- How do I accept a Tracking request?
You will get a tracking request in the chat screen of the individual person. You just have to click the request and select accept or decline.
