- How do I access my Letstrack Settings?
Follow the below mentioned steps to open your Letstrack app settings:

Step 1: Click on the Letstrack icon in your phone
Step 2: Click on the 'wheel' icon on the bottom-right corner of the app home screen

Part A - General Settings

- How do I change current status?
Step1: Go to the 'settings' page
Step2: Click on the 'status 'bar
Step3: Choose your status from the given section:

- Driving
- Can't talk, Letstrack only
- At Movie
- In a conference
- At home
- Battery about to die.
- Sleeping
- Urgent calls only
- Busy
- How do I customize my current status?
Step 1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step 2: Click on the 'status' bar

Step 3: Click on your current status

Step 4: Write your customized status

Step 5: Click 'update'
- How can I change my profile picture?
It is very easy to change your profile picture in Letstrack. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step 2: Click on the 'profile' bar

Step 3: Click on the 'Pencil' Icon at the bottom-right corner of the profile picture.

Step 4: Select from Options – take from camera or select from gallery.

Step 5: Choose the photograph you want to use

Step 6: Crop your picture

Step 7: Press 'done' at the top-right corner
- How do I change my profile name?
If you need to change your profile name please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to 'settings' page

Step 2: Click on' profile' bar

Step 3: Click on the icon next to your profile name

Step 4: Write the desired Profile name

Step 5: Click on the 'pencil' icon beside the profile name bar

Step 6: Press 'update'

Once completed you will get a notification 'Profile Name Successfully Updated'
- How do I stop media from downloading automatically?
Step 1: Go to Settings page

Step 2: Click the 'button' icon in the media auto download bar to toggle between the on /off option.
- Why am I not receiving notifications?
Please check your data connection Also, allow Letstrack to run in background and then follow these steps:

Step1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step2: Click on 'notification 'Bar

Step3: Click the icon 'Show Notification Bar' to toggle between the on /off option.
- How can I change my notification tone?
Letstrack gives you freedom to set your notification tone.

Step1: Go to the ''settings page

Step2: Click on the 'notification' bar

Step3: Click on 'notification tone' bar

Step 4: Select the audio file in your handset you want to use as notification tone

And it's done.
- How can I switch the vibration on/off for Letstrack?
PStep 1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step 2: Click on the 'notification' bar

Step 3: Click the 'button 'icon in vibration bar to toggle between the on /off option.
- How can I check my Letstrack network status?
To know your Letstrack Network Status

Step1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step2: In the network status bar it will show connected or disconnected.
- How can I know my Web Login Password?
To know your Web Login Password, follow easy steps

Step 1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step 2: In the web login password bar, you can see your 8 digit unique web login password.

Now you are ready to login on the web
- Why I cant get my location update in MIUI phone?
Go to your miui phone settings > additional setting > battery > manage apps battery usage > choose apps > Select letstrack > Select no restrictions > allow.

Also goto security apps of your phone

Select permissions > permissions > Select letstrack > Accept get location info.


Part B - Map Settings:

- Why is the scale of distance on my map in miles and not in km?
It is easily changeable. This is how:

Step1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step2: Scroll down to map settings section

Step3: Click the 'button' icon in scale unit bar to toggle between miles / km options.
- Why is my map not updating my locations frequently?
Please check your data connection. Also, allow Letstrack to run in the background and then follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step 2: Scroll down to the map setting section

Step 3: In Update frequency bar, choose from the given options of the update frequency (10 Min/5 min/1 Min). By default it is on 10 minutes.
- What is the use of parental lock? / How can I prevent my Childfrom deleting my tracking request?
Inthe case of younger children, a parental lock feature is provided which generates a four digit PIN ensuring the parents that the child can't delete the tracking request.
- How can I activate Parental Lock?
Step 1: Go to the 'settings' page

Step 2: Scroll down to map settings section.

Step 3: Press the button in 'parental lock' bar.

Step 4: Enter desired PIN

Step 5: Confirm your PIN and enter your E-mail

Step 6: Press ok

Now the parental lock is set. To turn off the parental lock feature; you will need to enter the PIN.
- How does Letstrack protect my data?
The user data is very safe while using the app. Letstrack uses bank level SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and other security protocols. Users also get additional Unique Login Passwordprotection to ensure safety while using the web version.
- Why my Friends Location is not updated ?
Letstrack updates the location as per the user settings and to get the latest location update please click on the freinds map and the latest location will be shown to you automatically.
